Another Day, Another Month, heck, even Another Year and I still haven’t got into vlogging in the big way that I’ve been promising myself for the last couple of years now.
Sure, I dabbled in it a couple of times, and then managed to cause a little controversy by making a video criticising the BNP (who knew they had so many supporters?), and then by publishing a video showing the death of Neda (an Iranian woman, killed during the struggles following the 2009 election in Iran).
This year, it’s going to be different. This year, I will FINALLY start vlogging, and I’ll do this properly – I promise!
Below is my, admittedly rubbish, trailer, and I hope to find you all following when the time is right! (And if you’re wondering, the “Right Time” is Mon – Fri from the 1st February 2010).

Not after the last time… *looks innocent*…At least I got away with a verbal warning and learnt my lesson!
Yeah what happened with that? I just heard rumours through my housemates, but never really learnt what it was about! And did you really 'learn your lesson'?
Well essentially I heavily dissed the uni and a certain lecturer in blog posts, which the uni weren't overly pleased about and then accused me of breaching a rule about bringing the name of the uni into disrepute (which i could apparently technically do by saying in person to somone "BNU isn't much good" – alas, I digress).So I had a disciplinary hearing in front of the dean, head of nursing school and a couple of senior people, then after a bit of a bollocking got a "verbal warning" and told that if i ever did it again there'd be hell to pay in the long run.And well to an extent, at the very least I learnt to shut up
yeah but theres no evidence is you just say it (looks around they have cameras everywhere) but written they can shoot you!
At the very least, that's a definite 'lol'. Not laughing at your expense, more at the fact that you're bringing the university into disrepute by giving your own opinions. I guess it's downhill from here, as we'll be encouraged to 'toe the line' and 'not speak out' when we think something is wrong!Perhaps you were right and had valid reasons for suggesting why the university migh be sub-standard iticular area? Did they not see thatpoint of view?
Hell no dont toe the line join the union then you can say what you like and have a team of lawyers to back you up in the case of the RCN lol
Well I can't go into too much detail, but essentially the uni weren't impressed that I used the internet to complain instead of doing it properly – so refuse to address any of the issues that i raised in it – even though i'd like to think i had a point.
